KISHA LYNCH
Board Secretary
Kisha Lynch serves as Board Secretary for The Black Restitution Initiative, Inc., located in Manhattan, New York, and is assigned with the responsibilities of ensuring the organization remains in compliance with all state and federal laws and mandates, and serves as the official record keeper, and advisor, to aid board directors in fulfilling their fiduciary duties. With over 25 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, she has worked in various diverse industries such as banking, medical, and aerospace.
Raised in the city of Compton, located in Southern California, Ms. Lynch attended elementary and high school in the area and participated in numerous community programs throughout the city.
Ms. Lynch is inspired by her grandfather who was one of the first African-Americans to be accepted into the United States Marine Corp in the 1940s, and accredited him with paving the way for her family’s commitment to excellence.
Ms. Lynch has a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, and she’s currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration. Ms. Lynch loves spending time with her two boys.
